FIREARM CLASS AND TRAINING CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds for classes or training. If we are notified 48 hours prior to the class and/or training event we can reschedule you for a later date or issue you a credit for a future class or one on one training.

RETURN POLICY

All merchandise must be returned complete and in original condition, including original packaging and include a copy of sales slip/invoice with a brief description of reason for return.

Defective merchandise will be replaced subject to manufacturers warranty. Defective clothing and footwear must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported immediately to the shipper and a claim filed. Failure to do so may result in loss of your right to a claim.

MERCHANDISE

Our merchandise turnaround time and shipping varies. Our merchandise is made to order to ensure quality and typically ships out in 3-5 days after purchase.
